Moscow Mills yards and community: Moscow Mills sits on the west bank of the Cuivre River, just east of U.S. Route 61 in Lincoln County. Founded in 1821 and named after a historic watermill, the city is a fast-growing suburban-rural community with a young population (median age 31.2 years) and nearly 30% of residents under 18. Most Moscow Mills yards easily accommodate our bounce houses and combos. Grass is our first choice for setup — we anchor with ground stakes. Each inflatable needs one standard 110v outdoor outlet within about 50 feet. Rural or acreage properties without convenient outlet access may need a generator — we rent those too.

Lincoln County R-III School District: Moscow Mills is served by the Lincoln County R-III School District, headquartered in Troy. The district’s only elementary school located in Moscow Mills is William R. Cappel Elementary School at 121 Hampel Road (grades K–5, approximately 600 students). Middle school students attend Troy Middle School and Troy South Middle School; high schoolers attend Troy Buchanan High School and the Troy Ninth Grade Center. Mill Site Park & the new Moscow Mills city park: Moscow Mills’ current park is Mill Site Park on E. Front Street, a riverfront green space along the Cuivre River shared between the Lincoln County Historical Society and the city. In 2025, the Moscow Mills Board of Aldermen unanimously approved development of a brand-new city park, planned to include a basketball court, playground, walking paths, sand volleyball, and a concert venue/stage area. Mayor Lisa Meyer has called it “a hub of the community.” We’ll be happy to deliver for events at both the existing park and the new one once it opens.

Cuivre River State Park: One of Missouri’s largest and most rugged state parks, Cuivre River State Park (6,394 acres) is located just 3 miles northeast of Moscow Mills near Troy. The Cuivre River itself flows right past Moscow Mills — 71 species of fish inhabit the waters, including largemouth and smallmouth bass, channel catfish, walleye, and crappie. The park features 55-acre Lake Lincoln (swimming, boating, canoeing, fishing), 40 miles of hiking and equestrian trails, primitive and modern camping, CCC-built picnic shelters, and interpretive naturalist programs May through September. We deliver to private events near the park and throughout the surrounding area.

The Old Rock House: Moscow Mills’ most famous landmark is the Old Rock House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1972. Built in 1817 by Shapley Ross (who established the original mill), the stone house on the hill overlooking the mill and the Cuivre River now houses the Lincoln County Genealogical Society. It’s a reminder of the city’s 200-year history alongside its fast-growing present.
