Yes. Every rental includes professional delivery, full setup, a safety walkthrough, and pickup at the end of your rental. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your address — you’ll see the complete total, including delivery, before you pay anything.

We offer a hassle-free weather reschedule policy. Missouri weather is unpredictable — we get it. If bad weather is in the forecast for your event day, reach out to us the night before and we will move your rental to a new date at no charge. We will never penalize you for the weather. Inflatables should not be operated in winds over 15 mph or during lightning, rain, or severe weather.

Every single time — no exceptions. Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental using commercial-grade products. We clean all interior and exterior surfaces including bounce floors, slides, stairs, handles, and entrance flaps. As parents ourselves, we take this seriously and would not have it any other way.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept personal checks. However, we do accept checks from schools, churches, and other organizations — just let us know at the time of booking. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

Yes, a deposit is required to hold your date and unit. The deposit amount is shown at checkout when you book online. The remaining balance is due at delivery. If you need to reschedule due to weather, your deposit carries over to your new date at no charge.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and indoor gym floors. Grass is the most common setup surface in our area and our preferred surface — we anchor with ground stakes for maximum stability. For concrete, asphalt, or indoor surfaces we use sandbags. Please let us know your surface type when booking so we bring the right anchoring equipment.

Each unit has specific space requirements listed on its product page. As a general rule, plan for the inflatable dimensions plus about 3–4 feet of clearance on all sides. Height clearance matters too — make sure there are no low-hanging branches, power lines, or overhangs near the setup area. When in doubt, give us a call and we can help you figure out if a unit fits your space.

Yes. Each inflatable requires one standard 110v outdoor electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup location. The blower runs continuously during the rental to keep the unit inflated. If you do not have a suitable outlet nearby, we offer generator rentals as an add-on — just add one when you book.

Yes. Many of our dry inflatables — bounce houses, dry slides, obstacle courses, and inflatable games — can be set up indoors on gym floors, in event halls, and in large garages. We use sandbags for anchoring on hard indoor surfaces. Wet units (water slides, wet combos) are outdoor-only. Let us know your venue when booking and we’ll confirm the right unit for your space.

Most inflatables take 20–40 minutes to set up and about the same to take down. Larger units like obstacle courses or multiple-item orders may take longer. Our crew handles everything — you don’t need to do anything except show us where to set up and make sure the area is clear of debris before we arrive.

Yes. Water slides and wet combo units require a standard garden hose with adequate water pressure at the setup location. The hose is not included with the rental — please have one ready. We will connect it at setup and disconnect it at pickup. Make sure your hose can reach the setup area comfortably.

Absolutely. We carry full general liability insurance and provide Certificates of Insurance at no charge for schools, churches, parks, and any venue that requires documentation before allowing inflatables on their property. We serve schools throughout the Wentzville R-IV School District, Fort Zumwalt School District, Francis Howell R-III, Lincoln County R-III, Winfield R-IV, and the Washington School District. Just let us know at the time of booking that you need a COI and we will have it ready before your event.

Yes. We deliver to Wentzville city parks including Progress Park, Heartland Park, Peruque Valley Park, and Bicentennial Park, as well as Rotary Park (St. Charles County), and parks throughout our service area. Yes. Our base rental price is for a 4-hour window. You can extend to up to 8 hours (+20%), overnight (+35%), or two full days (+65%). Pricing is shown at checkout when you select your rental duration. Overnight rentals are popular for backyard sleepovers and multi-day events.
