Tents provide shade from sun and shelter from light rain — they're designed for outdoor events in Missouri weather.
Severe weather: If dangerous weather is forecast, we'll work with you to reschedule at no charge. Your safety comes first.
📏 Surface & Setup
Grass is ideal — stakes anchor securely and naturally. Tents can also be set up on concrete or asphalt with weighted anchors (call to discuss).
Clearance: Allow a few extra feet on all sides beyond the tent footprint for guy lines and stakes. Make sure there are no overhead power lines or tree branches in the setup area.

Some tents come with sidewalls included, and others offer them as an add-on. Sidewalls provide wind protection, shade, and a more enclosed feel — great for evening events or cooler weather. Check the individual tent pages for details, or call us to add sidewalls to your order.
Tent pricing depends on size — our 20'×20' tents start at $500, and larger tents go up from there. The 40' hexagon tent is our premium option. Delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Grass is ideal because we can use ground stakes. For concrete or asphalt, we use weighted anchors — call us in advance to confirm availability and discuss the setup at your specific location.
Absolutely — tables and chairs are our most common tent add-on. We also offer linens (tablecloths and chair covers) and pipe and drape for backdrops. Add them to your cart when you book the tent and we deliver everything together.
For graduations, weddings, and peak-season outdoor events (May through October), we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead. Popular sizes book out fast on weekends. For smaller events, a week or two is usually fine — but earlier is always better.
