The 20' x 20' High Peak Frame Tent is the foundation of our tent rental lineup — and one of the most flexible structures we offer. At 400 square feet of covered space, it comfortably seats up to 33 guests for a sit-down dinner or accommodates up to 80 for cocktail-style receptions. The high-peak frame design gives it an elevated, polished look that works equally well at backyard weddings, graduation parties, church picnics, and corporate outdoor events throughout Wentzville, MO and surrounding areas. ⚠️ Missouri Dig Rite Requirement
If your tent will be installed on grass, Missouri state law requires that underground utilities be located before stakes are driven. Contact Dig Rite by calling 811 at least 3 business days before your event if you are unsure of underground utility lines at your location. This is a legal requirement and helps prevent damage to underground infrastructure.
🧱 Concrete or Hard Surface Installation
If your event venue does not permit ground staking — such as parking lots, patios, or concrete surfaces — we can set up using weighted concrete blocks instead of stakes. An additional charge applies for concrete installations. Please contact us when booking to discuss your venue surface and get an accurate quote.

Capacity depends on your seating arrangement. The 20' x 20' tent comfortably accommodates up to 33 guests for a sit-down dinner with 5-foot round tables, up to 40 guests buffet-style with 8-foot rectangle tables, up to 50 guests in cathedral row seating, and up to 80 guests for a cocktail-style reception with standing and high-top tables. Yes — this is one of the most popular features of the 20' x 20' tent. Multiple units can be connected side by side to create larger custom layouts: two tents make a 20' x 40', three make a 20' x 60', and four make a 20' x 80'. There is no limit to the number of units that can be connected, making this a highly flexible option for events of any scale. Contact us to plan a multi-tent layout for your event.

Lights and sidewalls are available as optional upgrades — they are not included in the base rental price. String lights are $100 per strand and add a warm, elegant look for evening events. Sidewall sections are $100 each and provide wind and rain protection on open sides of the tent. Both can be added when you book or by contacting us directly.
Yes. Professional installation and takedown are included in every tent rental. Our crew handles the full setup — including staking, frame assembly, and tensioning — as well as complete breakdown and removal at the end of your rental period. There are no hidden charges for installation or takedown service.
